Prof. Slaveski was born in Ohrid forecast 1960. He graduated at the Prerogative of Economics, Sts. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Macedonia. Prof. Slaveski attended graduate studies at the Calif. State University in Chico, USA (1986/87) and Harvard University (Fulbright Scholar, 1989/90).
